    Peter Minke

    Peter Minke, PhD received his bachelor’s and doctoral degrees in Molecular Cell Biology and has been interested for decades in helping others learn about assuming responsibility for their own health and for learning the practice of self-healing. He and his wife, Amy, have a massage therapy practice, both specializing in an advanced method called Aston-Patterning which works with body patterns developed from a lifetime of moving. As a cancer survivor, Peter feels passionately about sharing what he has learned and experienced on his wellness journey. He enjoys helping people understand a larger framework for wellness. Peter has built many wellness training programs used by thousands of people. His motto is “Minimize Your Learning Curve, Maximize Your Wellness!”

  • What's included with my purchase?

    You get access to the 4-weeks (plus) of content with 60 videos. Also included are downloadable .pdf files with weekly overviews, weekly checklists (or star charts), and weekly journals (or workbook).

  • Do I need any extra supplies?

    No. The Wellness Bootcamp is all inclusive. You will probably want to print off the weekly journals and other downloadable materials. And, you will need a writing utensil. Mostly, you need your mind and awareness!

  • How long do I have access to the Wellness Bootcamp?

    You have unlimited access to the Bootcamp once you've purchased it. We recommend going through it using the 4-week format, but recognize that life doesn't always work that way and you may need to take a break in the middle. Also, you can repeat sections as often as needed -- or repeat the entire Bootcamp. You will benefit from it at new levels each time you go through it!

  • I signed up for the Free Preview, but now the button is gone. How do I access it?

  • How much time will the Bootcamp activities take each day?

    Great question! The Bootcamp is designed to increase your awareness. As such, the activities aren't very time consuming and can be implemented throughout your day in short segments. It requires primarily your participation - or remembering to do it! (That's why there are downloadable checklists included in the course.) During the 4-weeks, there is a daily challenge video (usually under 2 minutes) and a daily commentary video (usually under 10 minutes). These can both be watched in the morning, or you can split them up. The daily challenge activity can usually be accomplished in less than 10 minutes. You may wish to journal about your learning and experiences. (Downloadable journals are provided for each week.)

  • Is this only for cancer survivors?

    Many of the videos address concerns that most cancer survivors have in common. However, the concepts are basic wellness that apply to everyone. It's important to note that the bootcamp does not treat any disease; rather, it is designed to help participants be more aware of their own bodies and the choices they are making for their wellness each day.

  • My family member is in cancer treatment. Can they participate?
